Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting 20 adults with complex mental health, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
In this service, we have a large team who have a wide range of skills, including mental health nurses, carers, support workers, community connectors, cooks and housekeeping staff.
This service is a ground floor building, with 20 individual bedrooms and a number of shared facilities too. There is also both front and back gardens, which both staff and people supported can enjoy!
The people supported here love to get involved with a range of different activities, such as; going to the cinema, arts and crafts, gardening, table tennis, bingo, listening to music, playing games and having spontaneous days out!
People supported here would love their staff team to be motivated and have a passion for what they do, be open and honest, be non-judgemental, a team player and to also be kind, fun and outgoing!
