Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting 2 gentlemen and 1 lady with varying needs
Our Support Needs & Challenges
We are 2 gentlemen who are twins in our 60’s and we share a home with a lady in her 50’s. We each have different challenges, which include learning disabilities requiring physical assistance so our staff team are fully trained on moving and positioning and medication administration
Our Shifts: 8am till 8pm days, 8pm till 8am (waking nights)
Shift Requirement: Days and nights

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 3 individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
