Work-life balance

We believe work should fit around your life, not the other way around. That’s why we offer flexible working arrangements tailored to you - and if you ever need a little extra time, our Holiday Purchase Scheme lets you buy additional leave on top of your annual entitlement.

Reward & recognition

Yearly pay reviews ensure your salary reflects your contribution. Frontline colleagues receive double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Our Employee of the Month scheme and seasonal awards recognise outstanding colleagues, and we continue to campaign to government for fairer pay across social care.

How we support your development

We believe careers grow through honest conversations and real support.

With regular You Can conversations, you’ll have time with your manager to talk about how you’re doing and where you want to go. Clear quarterly goals keep you focused, while Performance and Potential conversations help you plan your next steps.

This isn’t just a process. It’s about giving you the space and support to build skills, grow in confidence and shape your career.
