Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for adults aged 18 and above

We all have mental health difficulties and require emotional support, independence enhancing support and generally some company to do things we enjoy!
- We are all very mobile and enjoy getting out and about has much as we can, we all have different levels of support required to live independently in our accommodation.
- We are a mental health service that provides a person centric care planning approach and support.
- Some of us have complex care needs and challenging behaviours.
Our Shifts: 8am to 8pm days, 8pm till 8am waking nights
Shift Requirement: Both days and waking nights
Contract: 1x 36 hour contract - Full time perm
UK Driving License Required? No
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting adults to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care if required
- Assist people we support getting access into the community
- Medication Administration if required
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
