Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse group of female adults ranging in age from their late 20s to early 50s. Each person brings their own personality, strengths, and life experiences, creating a unique and supportive environment

We each face different challenges, which may include communication difficulties and behaviours that can sometimes be challenging or concerning. Our needs are individual, and support is tailored accordingly.
Every person has a person‑centred support plan that reflects their preferences, strengths, and the specific support they require, ensuring care is respectful, responsive, and focused on promoting independence and wellbeing.

- What activities do we to do? – We all have different interests they range from watching you tube, DVD’S to trips out to local amenities, Swimming and visiting family.
- What are our interests? – We enjoy our own hobbies and interests such as you tube, toys, games, church visiting local community and family.
- How do we like to explore our local communities? We have a Large Van which we need confident drivers for.
- We have a cat who is the neighbours that visits us every day.
- How do we describe ourselves? We are all friendly, vocal and happy people
Our Shifts: Our day shifts start from 8am and finish at 8pm sometimes there are shorter days available to cover one to ones. Our waking night shift starts at 8pm and finishes at 8 am.
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts and night shifts
Contract: 1 x Part-time permanent contract available (18 hours per week)
UK Driving License Required? For day shifts, yes (for driving house vehicle). Driving license not required for night shifts.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting a group of female adults to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
