Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for two individuals aged between 50 and 70 years old.
The people we support have a range of complex needs, including: severe and profound learning disabilities, communication needs (including non-verbal communication), genetic conditions, respiratory conditions, sleep disorders, and mental health needs.
Our Shifts: 8am-8pm, 9am-8pm (these shifts can be split into a 8am-3pm/9am-3pm/ 3pm-8pm) 8pm-9am waking night night
Shift Requirement: Days and waking nights you must be flexible

You’ll be supporting 2 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
We are independent with our personal care and are able to go out on our own, though we can sometimes lack confidence and benefit from encouragement and reassurance. We need varying levels of support with:
- Medication administration
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Household cleaning
- Managing bills and finances
- Planning and organising our daily routines
