  • Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

  • Who you will be supporting
    You will be supporting 3 gentlemen with ages 54 - 93 years old.  Our challenge is to maintain independence alongside our staff team.  Our staff are trained in all areas of support from first aid training to positive support.  They enjoy going to MENCAP a couple of times a week to see their friends.  They like to keep active, but also enjoy days overseeing the scenery with a good cup of tea. They have cars to be supported about on activities.
     
    Driving License: UK manual driving license is required
     
    Contract: Permanent 41 hours
     
    Hours of work: 10-22 sleep in with a follow on of 07:00-10:30, 10:30-18:00, 10:30-17:00, 10:00-21:00, 08:30-18:00
     
    Other:
    • There 2-3 staff per day and there is some lone working involved
    • There are 2 day shift which are 10am-6pm or 10am-9pm and also a sleeping shift which is a 10am-10pm-7am-10:15am
    • Staff will be provided with all training, If you are kind hearted, caring, patient and what to give the best life possible Boulderstone Road is the house for you
