    Who We Are:

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We transform lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that fosters independence and empowerment.

Our charity was founded in 1988 and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Since then, we’ve remained leaders in social care, providing bespoke support to thousands across the UK. Today, we support more than 2,600 people and employ 6,600 caring and committed colleagues across England and Scotland.

We have a proud history of breaking boundaries and are always looking for new ways to make a positive difference through bold ideas, innovative projects and impactful partnerships.

  • Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

  • About the Service

This service is home to five gentlemen who have lived together since 2022, with four of them having shared a home together for many years before moving here. They are all unique individuals with their own personalities, interests and goals, which is what makes the service such a vibrant and enjoyable place to work.

Their home is a recently refurbished two-storey property in Basingstoke, offering a bright, welcoming and comfortable environment. It benefits from shared living spaces including a kitchen, dining room and lounge, where everyone can socialise and spend time together if they choose. Located on a quiet private street with friendly neighbours, the house is close to local amenities, transport links and leisure facilities.

The people we support lead active lifestyles and do not require mobility equipment within the home. One person has a motability vehicle, so being able to drive is essential.

    We're looking for people who:

    • Are kind, patient and dependable
    • Have good communication and relationship-building skills
    • Enjoy supporting people to be independent
    • Can work flexibly across a variety of shifts
    • Are willing to learn and develop new skills
    • Have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
    • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive the service car as part of the role

Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
