Working closely with the TEC Team and frontline support staff, you will be responsible for providing remote support to vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives using our ground-breaking TEC platform. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.
Our Shifts: 8am - 8pm | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for night shifts only
Contract: We can offer a permanent contract of 36 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting a wide range of vulnerable individuals across England and Scotland, acting as the first point of call to support them remotely with whatever they might need. Whether it's a bit of advice, reassurance, assistance or banter, you will spend time to getting to know the people we support so that you can help them to live amazing lives.
This role is office-based and you will work from our TEC base in Widnes.
The role includes use of our dedicated virtual TEC platform, so it's important you are comfortable with IT and systems, including care planning software. You will be responsible for accurate record keeping, ensuring you monitor, log and update all calls from individuals supported.
Our ideal applicant will have some experience providing person-centred support in the social care sector, as well as a SVQ 3 (Scotland) or L3 Diploma (England) in Care.
