Skills and Experience
- CIPD qualification is desirable but
experienced candidates will be considered.
- Proven experience of managing complex
employee relations cases and full and detailed understanding of HR
policies and employment legislation.
- Experience of working in a fast paced,
high volume caseload organisation.
- Experience of creating and delivering
training in the effective management of ER issues
- Experience in clinical environment where
CQC/Care Inspectorate regulations have been in force (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Employment Law and its
practical application.
- Knowledge of ER procedures and processes
– Early Conciliation, Employment Tribunals, Discrimination.
