    We are recruiting for a Regional Manager within the Halton area, this is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring individual to develop into their first Regional Manager position or an experienced Regional Manager to develop further in an award-winning charity.   • Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

  • Working closely with the Head Of Operations, you will be the registered manager for their geographical patch and provide leadership to 7 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 14 Services across Halton

     

    Shift Requirement: Choose a 4-day week or spread your hours over 5 days

    Contract: Full Time Perm - 37.5 hours per week

    UK Driving License Required? Essential, Travel will be required

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Lead and oversee multiple services within a region.
    • Ensure services deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
    • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Support service managers to achieve performance targets.

    People Management

    • Manage, coach and develop Service Managers and leadership teams.
    • Build high-performing, engaged teams.
    • Support succession planning, recruitment and retention initiatives.
    • Promote Community Integrated Care's values and culture.

    Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure services meet CQC, regulatory and organisational standards.
    • Monitor service quality, safeguarding and health & safety.
    • Implement policies, procedures and best practice across services.
    • Lead improvement plans following audits and inspections.

    Financial Management

    • Hold responsibility for regional budgets and financial performance.
    • Ensure services operate efficiently and sustainably.
    • Manage occupancy, staffing costs and resource utilisation.
    • Deliver agreed financial targets and value for money.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, families and community partners.
    • Represent Community Integrated Care externally.
    • Develop partnerships that enhance outcomes for people supported.

    Strategic Responsibilities

    • Support regional growth and business development opportunities.
    • Contribute to the charity's vision of delivering the "Best Lives Possible."
    • Drive innovation and positive change across services.
    • Ensure services align with organisational strategy and objectives..
     
  • About you:

    What We're Looking For
     
  • Strong Health & Social Care background (adult social care, supported living)
  • Proven multi-site operational management experience.
  • Experience leading Service Leader 
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards.
  • Responsibility for budgets, occupancy/growth, and operational performance.
  • Demonstrable experience improving KPI performance, audit outcomes, and service quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with local authorities, commissioners, and families.
