Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting a group of adults aged between 28 and 60 years.
We have a variety of abilities, but we are very independent and keep busy every day.
The team who support us are trained in Administration of Medication and Epilepsy Awareness, ensuring we receive safe and effective support when needed.
Our Shifts: 8am – 10pm for the day and 1 support staff on a waking night from 21.30pm – 08:30am. There are other flexible shifts depending on our busy schedules.

Contract: 2x Positions - 30 Hours each

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting a group of adults to live their daily life in the way they want to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility
Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities
Medication admin
Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs
Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment
