Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults within an extra care service with learning disabilities, mental health concerns, age related needs and dementia.
Our Shifts: Various shifts
Shift Requirement: 7am-5pm, 5pm-10pm, 7am-12noon, 4:30pm-10pm, 8am- 5pm, and 8am -10pm.
Contract: We can offer a permanent contract of 36 hours per week, and 24 hours a week, we have two positions available
UK Driving License Required? Not essential
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting adults to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with scenic walks, listening to music, visiting local coffee shops and watching TV
