What we’re looking for:
You'll be a confident and highly organised bid professional with outstanding written communication skills and a passion for producing high-quality content that delivers results.
You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience writing successful bids and tenders within a business development environment.
- Excellent written English, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into compelling, customer-focused responses.
- Experience coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Desirable
- Experience securing contracts within the social care, health or third sector.
- Knowledge of social care commissioning, legislation and regulation.
- Understanding of procurement processes and public sector tendering.
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Community Integrated Care and the wider social care sector.
