About Community Integrated Care:

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We transform lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that fosters independence and empowerment.

Our charity was founded in 1988, and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives.

Since then, we’ve remained leaders in social care, providing bespoke support to thousands across the UK. Today, we support more than 2,600 people and employ 6,600 caring and committed colleagues across England and Scotland.

We have a proud history of breaking boundaries and are always looking for new ways to make a positive difference through bold ideas, innovative projects and impactful partnerships.

As a multi-award winning charity  we ensure our colleagues and the people we support live the best lives possible. In 2025, we launched our new strategy - Best Lives, Bolder. Find our more - click here.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Our service supports a diverse group of adults aged approximately 45–65. Each person brings their own experiences, strengths and interests, and together this creates a varied and engaging community. Some tenants have learning disabilities, mental health needs, or other challenges, and our support is tailored to each individual.

We have a trained and experienced staff team who are confident in supporting people with a wide range of needs. Support is delivered in a way that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

The service is made up of individual flats, giving each person their own private space and the opportunity to live as independently as possible. There is also a communal area where tenants can socialise, spend time together, and engage with support staff in a relaxed environment.

Staffing and Shifts

Our staffing pattern is consistent and structured to ensure safe and continuous support:

  • Morning shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Afternoon shift: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Sleep‑in shift: Overnight support to maintain presence and availability if needed
