Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of leading in-house L&D functions in regulated environments
- Experience with LMS platforms (ideally Cornerstone), accreditation, and coaching
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a passion for innovation
- A collaborative, resilient, and visionary mindset
