Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We’re on the lookout for amazing Support Workers to join our supported living services in Southport! 

In these services, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health concerns to live life to the fullest — as independently as possible.

From personal care  to holidays , community activities , and even playing games  — no two days are the same!

 What we’re looking for:

  • Resilient individuals who can adapt and support people through challenging times
  • Experience with behaviour that challenges? Big bonus!
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care or autism? Even better!
