Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 6 individuals with various different needs

Our Shifts: Shifts are generally between the hours of 7.30 am and 22.00 the Saturday is generally a 10-00am to 22.00pm shift
Shift Requirement: Day shift
Contract: 12 hours, Part time only
UK Driving License Required? Yes
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 6 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things
