About our young lady B

We are delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Service Manager to lead a bespoke supported living service in Bromsgrove. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued success of a young woman who has transitioned from hospital into her own forever home.

The person we support, B, is an incredible young autistic woman with a wicked sense of humour, boundless energy, and a genuine warmth for those around her. Since moving into her own home, she has made remarkable progress and achieved so much already. She is now ready to take the next exciting steps in her life—and we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Service Manager to support her journey.

In this role, you will provide strong, values‑led leadership to a dedicated staff team, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support is delivered at all times. You will be responsible for developing the service, fostering a positive and empowering culture, and working closely with B, her network, and professionals to ensure her goals, aspirations, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. You will be empathetic in listening to the needs of B, skilled with setting clear boundaries. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is:

Passionate about person‑centred, strengths‑based support
