You will be someone who:

Ideally, you’ll hold a Level 3 Qualification in Social Care and have strong experience in areas such as mental health, autism, learning disabilities and complex care. If you don’t have a qualification but bring significant experience in social care, we’d still love to hear from you, and you can work towards the qualification alongside your new role!
Most importantly, you’ll bring the right mindset, commitment and values to support two individuals to live their best lives possible.
