Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Who We Are
We are a group of  5 gentlemen and 2 ladies that live together, 2 of us live in self contained flats and the others share a house. We all have our own bedrooms decorated to our own unique tastes, we share a lounge, large kitchen and dining room where we like to enjoy meals together daily. 
We live here as we need support with daily activities, administration of our medications, appointments, finances and taking part in activates in the community. We need need supportive, understanding people who are experienced in mental health awareness.
We enjoy going on days out together and most of us enjoy football. We all have different needs and different tastes but still get along.
We are looking for someone who will join in our chats, fun and banter and be part of our community here.
We are close to shops and public transport.
Ideal candidates will be respectful, considerate and flexible, wanting to be part of out team, 
Other Information 
The Service Leader is based on site.
We work from 8.45am/9.00am to 8.45pm/9.00pm (long days) we can also split shifts if needed
We also have waking night shifts from 9am to 9pm (15 mins either side)
