Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Level
3 qualification or above (e.g. Business Admin, CIPD Level 3)
- Strong IT skills and
confidence using digital systems
- Experience in admin
support, event coordination, and customer service
- A proactive, flexible,
and improvement-focused mindset
- Excellent
communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse and
present data clearly
- Previous experience
with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone) would be advantageous, not
essential.
