Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Are you energetic, empathetic, and ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for passionate Support Workers for a full-time role (37 hours) to help a group of young adults (aged 24–26) settle into their new homes in Elgin. These individuals are moving from family homes into their own bungalows on the same street, and they’re excited to build independence, learn new skills, and explore their community. What they love: Disney, sports, walking, local clubs, and being outdoors. What you’ll do: Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support across day, evening, and night shifts Encourage independence and new experiences Help build life skills and confidence Be a friendly, reliable presence in their daily lives What we’re looking for: A bubbly, patient, and curious personality Willingness to learn and complete tailored training A genuine passion for helping others thrive What you’ll get: Award-winning GROW learner journey Specialist training (e.g. Acquired Brain Injury, Epilepsy, ADHD, visual impairment) A chance to be part of a brand-new, exciting development in Elgin
