✨ Who We Are:
We’re one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities, and we’re proud to be pioneers in person-centred care. Our vision? Your Life, Your Choice. Our strategy? Best Lives Possible. And our vibe? Supportive, passionate, and always up for making a difference.

Whether you’re new to care or a seasoned pro, we’ll give you the tools, training, and TLC to thrive. Because when you go the extra mile for others, we go the extra mile for you.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Love making a difference? Enjoy variety in your day? You’re our kind of person!

We’re looking for new members of the team in our supported living service in Southport — and we need amazing Support Workers to join the team!

You’ll help 6 adults (4 men and 2 ladies) with learning disabilities, autism, Asperger's, epilepsy and physical disabilities to live happily in their shared home and support them to live life to the fullest. From personal care to holidays to community activities to playing games, no two days will be the same!

What we’re looking for:

  • Kind hearts and flexible minds
  • Experience with behaviour that challenges? Big bonus!
  • Trauma-informed care or autism experience? Even better!
  • A UK driving licence? Mandatory
  • This role is for 34 hours per week and will be for working day shifts (generally from 8am - 8pm)
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010

At Community Integrated Care, we know it takes someone special to work in social care—and that doesn’t always mean having experience. We hire based on values, welcoming people from all walks of life: seasoned support workers, Care Assistants, Veterans, those with lived experience, or even total newbies with a passion to care.
