You will be providing support for up to 9 people with a range of needs, including: Learning disability, acquired brain injuries, Physical disability, ADHD, Autism and depression/anxiety.
All staff are highly trained in a person-centred training which is, positive Behaviour Support • Active Support • Autism Awareness and medication training along with a wide range of other training relevant to your role as a support worker.

We are a fairly small team at Stafford House and aim to provide the highest standard of support, we are outgoing and deal with any issues with a “can-do” approach.
We are looking for someone who is calm, enjoys being outdoors, can be creative at finding local activities and ways to improve community engagement, willing to learn and get to know the people supported, reliable and someone who can work well in a team.

The service runs on shared support with some 1:1 and one waking night.
The shifts are:
08:00-15:00
15:00-22:00
The waking night is 22:00-08:00
Full training will be provided through eLearning and face to face training with our own in-house trainers and other professional and expert training providers. To ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to excel in your role as an advanced support worker
