We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality agenda and help shape the future of care for children and young people across the UK.
 
The successful candidate will ideally be based within an hours commute of Eastleigh, Hampshire as regional travel is expected with the role.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

As a key member of Arc’s senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for:
 
  • Leading strategic quality planning and performance across children and young people’s services.
  • Driving continuous improvement through robust quality assurance frameworks and risk management.
  •  Championing best practice, innovation, and regulatory excellence.
  •  Supporting service mobilisation, transformation, and post-inspection improvement.
  •  Building strong relationships with regulators, local authorities, and sector partners.
  •  Coaching and mentoring operational leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Your values:

Our ideal Candidate
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
 
  • Experienced in children and young people’s residential care, with deep knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and the Children Act.
  • A confident leader with a track record in quality, compliance, and service transformation.
  • Skilled in data analysis, audit, and regulatory reporting.
  • A natural collaborator who can influence, inspire, and drive change across complex, multi-site organisations.
  • Qualification in health or social care desirable but not essential
  • Must have experience working with Ofsted and CAMS
