What makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work:

At Community Integrated Care, we’re proud to be a multi award-winning charity that reinvests every penny of profit back into the people we support, our colleagues, and our communities. We offer more than just a job—we offer a place where you can belong, grow, and thrive.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Flexible working patterns with guaranteed hours
  • No uniform—wear your own casual clothes
  • 28 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time)
  • Shopping discounts and a Recommend a Friend bonus
  • Access to a Financial Hardship Fund
  • Free wellbeing support and professional development opportunities

You’ll also be part of a team that values inclusion, celebrates individuality, and supports each other every step of the way.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

You’ll be joining a vibrant household of exceptional individuals aged between 50 and 75, each with unique personalities and interests. From sing-alongs and seaside trips to wildlife parks and pub lunches, life here is full of laughter, companionship, and meaningful moments.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Helping with daily living, personal care, and medication
  • Encouraging independence and community involvement
  • Driving the minibus for outings—so a full UK manual driving licence is a real bonus!

You’ll be based in one home, working with the same people each day, allowing you to build strong, lasting relationships and make a real impact.

No experience? No problem. We welcome people from all walks of life—whether you’ve worked in care, supported a loved one, or are simply passionate about helping others.

Your values:

We’re looking for people who live and breathe our values:

  • We Include

You’ll also bring personal qualities like:

  • Patience and empathy
  • A strong work ethic and reliability
  • Honesty and resilience
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Compassion and sensitivity

If you’re someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a truly inclusive and supportive organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
