You’ll be joining a vibrant household of exceptional individuals aged between 50 and 75, each with unique personalities and interests. From sing-alongs and seaside trips to wildlife parks and pub lunches, life here is full of laughter, companionship, and meaningful moments.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Helping with daily living, personal care, and medication
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Driving the minibus for outings—so a full UK manual driving licence is a real bonus!
You’ll be based in one home, working with the same people each day, allowing you to build strong, lasting relationships and make a real impact.
No experience? No problem. We welcome people from all walks of life—whether you’ve worked in care, supported a loved one, or are simply passionate about helping others.
