We are 3 very different beautiful people. “ We have a twinkle in our eyes and a zest for laughter and fun our ages range from 54-77 ''

All of us rely on modern technology to support us in our mobility, using hoist, staff assisted wheelchairs, overhead tracking, and profiling beds with that all important pressure care mattress support. Staff will fully support all of us to get around our home and out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include Dysphagia (Swallowing difficulties) SALT and PEG Nutritional support. Epilepsy and Dementia, Learning disabilities and incontinence care and support. All our staff are fully trained to support us with our health and physical needs.

 
What is important to us? 
 

We enjoy indoor and outdoor activities, including Theatre. Cinema Dining out, local walks or going further afield using the merseylink transport. Other interests we have are listening to music, Opera, 80s, Abba, Elvis and watching Crime programmes along with musicals Disney, Horses. We are individuals who love attention, inclusion, involvement and welcome all visitors. We like our staff to be caring, respectful and have a love of music, a purpose sense of drive and be energetic to bring new opportunities seeking out what we like.

Our home is led by Service Leader who will ensure all staff are fully supported to reach your full potential.

  • A 24 hour dedicated Staff Team who will deliver highly personalisedPerson-Centred approach to our care and support requirements.
  • Person centred approach is at the heart of everything our staff do, supporting people with Mature age-related conditions to Complex disabilities. The focus on independent and helping us to achieve own personal goals.
  • Our Team of Support Workers are passionate, committed and exercise excellent values promoting person centred support.

All our staff are fully trained, including specialised training tailored to person centred support.  The service is a 24 Hour/ Waking Night to assist with independent living and achieving our desires and aspirations.

SHIFT PATTERNS Long day 08.00-20.00 Days 2–3-day staff, Activity shifts throughout the week 12.00-18.00 or as needed (theatre 14.00-23.00) 20.00-08.00 Nights x 2 waking staff
