The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their mental health concerns, learning disabilities and mobility issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life! They enjoy lots of different activities, including going out for lunch, picnics, art groups, swimming, baking, going out for walks, jigsaws and watching movies. They’re always up for trying new things, so we’re looking for inventive people to join our amazing team of Healthcare Professionals.
Our support team work together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes and receive care and support that is tailored to their individual needs. This can include supporting with:
• Medication administration
• Cooking
• Personal care
• Maintaining the homes of people supported and helping to manage their finances
Our team provides support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and occasional waking nights.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time (40 hour) post and bank roles
