Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Are you a fun-loving and motivated person who loves going the extra mile to improve the lives of others? Is it important for you to have a satisfying job where you feel supported? If this sounds like you, maybe a Support Worker role with an award-winning charity is the change you’ve been looking for! In this role, you will be supporting 3 individuals with learning disabilities who share a large bungalow in Fraserburgh You will support these individuals to live independently and help ensure they live the best lives possible. They enjoy lots of activities, playing football, going to football games, enjoy cooking sessions, music and dance, going to the gym, going out for walks, watching soaps on television and having a laugh and a joke with the staff. However, they’re always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge. Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include: • Supporting them with medication • Cooking • Assisting with personal care and mobility • Maintaining the homes of people supported and managing their finances We are currently recruiting for a part time role of 14 hours per week. We offer a variety of shifts, including: 10 - 5pm 8.30 - 8.30pm 3 - 9pm Sleepovers.  A UK driving license would be a bonus, but is not essential.
