Both ladies supported here, like to get out and about in the community and are very sociable. They both need assistance with their personal care too, including verbal prompts.
The people supported here enjoy watching TV, going shopping, going for walks in the park & also love to go on holiday together with their support staff too.
They would describe themselves as kind, caring and friendly. They prefer to be supported by female staff and would love their support workers to be able to have a positive outlook on life, and can help both people supported to get the best out of life.
There is usually 1 staff member on shift from 7am-10pm, 7 days per week and then also a waking staff member, who works between the neighbouring service too.
This role is for 18 hours ONLY & the shifts are over Saturday and Sunday (4-10).
