Who will you be supporting?
 
  • We are 3 individuals with support needs, our ages range from 44 to 51.
  • We require support in certain areas due to having a learning disability, we have staff who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs and who can attend to our personal care needs.
 
 
What is important to us? 
 
  • We are very proud of our home and love to keep it clean, tidy and modern.
  • We all enjoy being outdoors, we enjoy long walks, days out in Southport, Blackpool, North Wales pretty much anywhere as long as we are outside.
  • We have a car and enjoy long drives to nice places.
  • We like to go the bingo, bowling, cinema, golf, gym, football, snooker, and disco nights.
  • We enjoy cooking, baking, listening to music, crafts and relaxed nights watching the soaps, films and football.
  • We like staff who are active and enjoy getting involved in all these activities.
  • We are 3 fun, kind, caring, considerate individuals who are very different.
 
 
 
Other Important Information?
 
  • There is 2 or 3 staff on shift daily depending on what planned activities we have.
  • We have a staff member on a long day sleep 8am till 10pm sleep until 8am the next morning then flexi shifts throughout the day for our one to one activity hours.
  • We need staff who are fully trained to meet our needs, we need staff who are active and enjoy all our activities for us to live our best lives possible.
