Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Who will you be supporting? 
  • We are a lady and two gentlemen aged between 59 & 83
  • We all live with learning disabilities but are very independent.
  • Our support team are trained in to support to our daily lives.
What is important to us?
  • We enjoy having very active lives and going out most days, particularly One to Ones, where we go out alone with a support worker.

  • We have lived together for many years;we do things together and as individuals with support

  • One of the gentleman loves his fish, he has a large fish tank he will enjoy showing you if you visit the Service

  • We also enjoy our own space.

  • We enjoy Foreign Holidays every year.

  • We each enjoy going out alone with our Support Worker on a One to One, we also enjoy going out as a house for lunch or evening meal or other activity.

  • We are very friendly and welcoming.

  • If you are very proactive, engaging and looking out for new things you can support us to do, you will be very welcome. We like our Support Worker to for loyal and dedicated to the role and to be cheerful and understanding.
