We offer industry-leading rates of pay - starting at £11.94 per hour with day and night shift patterns available.  

As a Bank Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live the best lives possible.

We’re looking for candidates who are caring, dedicated, love working with people and share the values that make our charity so special.

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need to succeed!

You’ll be able to come to work every day and use the very best of your personality and skills, as you support people who share your interests to do the things they love the most.
