Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Level Three in Social Care or extensive experience in mental health, autism, and challenging behaviours. A great sense of humour and the ability to reinforce positive behaviour support are essential.

You should be adept at connecting with people and passionate about supporting independent living. As an excellent mentor, you will share your skills and experiences with colleagues.

We offer specialist training opportunities, including Positive Behaviour Support methods and intensive training with professionals.

During recruitment, you will meet the people we support in their homes, allowing you to experience their wonderful personalities and understand their support needs first hand.
