We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.

We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over 100 national and regional awards!

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Are you a positive and motivated person who is interested in supporting vulnerable adults to live the best lives possible? Are you looking to gain great experience in a satisfying job where you feel supported? If this sounds like you, maybe a Support Worker role with an award-winning charity is the change you’ve been looking for! At St. James's Court in Inverurie, we support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats. The individuals you'll be supporting range in age from 22 to 60 and enjoy lots of great activities, so we're looking for people to join the team who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support people with walking football, walking rugby, bowling, going to discos, enjoying live music, visiting the local pub and anything they enjoy. The people we support have a large shared garden and love to spend time there socialising, growing vegetables, partying and making use of the garden's (mostly non-alcoholic) bar! Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and also provide some support with: • Medication administration • Cooking and home maintenance • Social support and support to achieve personal goals • Managing the finances of the people we support Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday and this will include some sleepover shifts. We are currently recruiting for 30 hour post

Naturally it is important too that you share our company values - We Include; We Deliver; We Aspire; We Respect; We Enable, which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality, consistent care and support. People's values are important to use, so we look for people with:
