Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Your role would require you to support 2 gents to  live their best life possible. The people we support live in a 3 bedroom terraced house in Whickham. The people you will be required to support suffer from mild learning difficulties and mental health. 

The people we support enjoy lots of different thing, some of which are listed below:

  • Listening to music
  • Keeping in touch with family 
  • Attending local shops 
  • Being active and social 

Our staff team are great and they support the people we support to make sure they don’t miss any opportunity to live there best life possible, enriching their lives with all activities they enjoy.

 
Our staff team do work a variation of shifts, including days, lates, nights and sleep ins
Your values:

You will be willing to take the time to get to know us and communicate clearly so I know what's happening.  It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of my team.
