Youβll be supporting a fantastic young man with with his everyday support needs, using a tailored, person-centred care plan designed just for him. Our team works closely together to ensure his safety, wellbeing, and aspirational goals are always at the heart of everything we do.

π Hours & Shift Pattern
We provide support 7 days a week and have full-time and part-time roles available, with the following shift pattern:
- 8am β 10pm (day shift)
- 10pm β 7am (sleepover)
- 7am β 8am (handover/support) - this shift is worked by the sleepover staff member
We require flexibility to work on different days for this role, including some weekends.
