โœจ Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9โ€“18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homesโ€”each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

About Us ๐Ÿก

Our Andover Home is a warm, homely bungalow set in a beautiful village near Andover. We provide care for up to 3 young people aged 11โ€“18, supporting those with mental health challenges such as ASD, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, and emotional or behavioural difficulties.

Our ethos is simple: young people come first. We offer a child-centred approach, encouraging them to explore new interests, engage in community activities, and achieve their full potential.


Your Role ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ

As Assistant Manager, youโ€™ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the home and supporting the Registered Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
โœ… Assisting with compliance under Childrenโ€™s Homes Regulations 2015
โœ… Supervising staff and supporting their development
โœ… Managing budgets and contributing to rosters
โœ… Safeguarding young people and promoting therapeutic care
โœ… Liaising with parents, carers, and professionals
โœ… Overseeing admissions and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment

Youโ€™ll also take part in on-call duties, contribute to health and safety audits, and help maintain our high standards of care.


What Weโ€™re Looking For ๐Ÿ”

โœ” Minimum: Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
โœ” Experience working with children with emotional/mental health needs
โœ” Strong communication and leadership skills
โœ” Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
โœ” Commitment to start Level 5 Registered Manager Award within 6 months
โœ” Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mandatory)
