πŸ•’ 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday | No On-Call Duties

We’re looking for a Service Leader (Level 3) to join us in Edinburghβ€”someone who thrives in health or social care settings and is ready to inspire, support, and empower colleagues and the people we support.


πŸ’‘ What You’ll Be Doing

  • πŸš€ Leading and motivating your team to deliver high quality, person-centred care and support
  • 🏠 Day to day management of 2 supported living services with a focus on promoting choice, independence and community engagement
  • πŸ‘₯ Line managing a Service Leader Level 1 and supporting their growth
  • πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Managing a dedicated team of 28 staff
  • πŸ›‘οΈ Developing intensive support plans to ensure safety and quality of life
  • πŸ“Š Driving service delivery with positivity, professionalism, and innovation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 🌈 An upbeat, positive manner and genuine passion for supporting others
  • 🧩 Experience working with individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning
  • πŸŽ“ A professional qualification in Health & Social Care:
    • Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 + supervisory units (Scotland)
    • Care Management Level 3 (England)
  • πŸ“± Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available)
  • πŸš€ Hold a UK driving license and have use of own vehicle
