Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience
supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional
organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle
multiple priorities.
- Strong communication
skills – written and verbal – with a professional and approachable style.
- Financial
administration experience, including expenses and procurement systems
(Agresso or similar).
- Proficiency in
Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, PowerBI).
- Ability to handle
confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Desirable:
- Project management
experience or qualifications.
- CIPD Level 3 or
equivalent HR knowledge.
- Experience in
communications support and event coordination.
