We’re on the lookout for amazing Support Workers to join our supported living services in Southport! 💙
In these services, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health concerns to live life to the fullest — as independently as possible.
From personal care 🛁 to holidays ✈️, community activities 🎨, and even playing games 🎲 — no two days are the same!
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 💪 Resilient individuals who can adapt and support people through challenging times
- ⭐ Experience with behaviour that challenges? Big bonus!
- 🧠 Knowledge of trauma-informed care or autism? Even better!
🔍 Available Roles:

AS (Role 1):
👨 Male staff only | 🌙 Waking nights | ⏰ 36 hrs/week | Working Wed–Fri every week

AS (Role 2):
👨 Male staff only | 🌞 Day shifts | ⏰ 36.5 hrs/week

FR:
👩 Female staff only | 🚗 Must be UK driver | ⏰ 8.5 hrs/week | Sunday shifts (8am - 8pm, then 3pm - 8pm the next week)

MC:
👩 Female staff only | 🚗 Must be UK driver | 🕐 Bank/relief contracts | Variety of shifts

PS:
💼 Complex care or mental health experience required | ⏰ 40 hrs/week | Mostly days

SNR:
👩 Female staff only | 🕐 Full-time or part-time | Days (and sleepovers) + waking nights

PC:
👩 Female staff only | 🚗 Must be UK driver | ⏰ 37.5 hrs/week | Days + sleepovers
