✨ Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homesβ€”each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 11–18).  We’re a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive. πŸ’›

⏰ Shifts are 9 or 15 hours long - available shifts include waking nights, days and sleepovers (including weekend shifts)
πŸš— UK driving license required - own car required as service is not easily accessible by public transport
