We’re a group of four independent and friendly adults aged between 40 and 61. We live together in a lovely village setting and enjoy a supportive, inclusive environment.

Are you passionate about supporting others to live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re currently looking for Bank Support Workers to join our team on a flexible, as-and-when-needed basis.

👥 Staffing & Shifts

  • 2 support workers on shift during the day
  • Shifts run between 10:00am–10:30pm, with a sleep-in shift from 10:30pm–10:00am
  • Shifts are flexible depending on what’s happening that day
  • This is a bank role, so you’ll have flexibility to pick up shifts that suit you
