Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker with a passion for helping others?

Do you want to support two awesome young men with autism to live life to the fullest? 🙌

We’re looking for male staff to join our team and support these individuals in their shared home. They love:

🚶‍♂️ Walks
🙌 Volunteering

You’ll help with:
🏠 Home & daily living
💊 Medication & personal care
💬 Promoting independence & choice
📅 Appointments & finances

Shifts:
🌞 Day shifts | 🌙 Sleepovers | 📆 Some weekends required

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
