Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

🌟 Service Leader (Level 2) – Sefton / Bootle Area

πŸ’Ό Full-time | πŸ•˜ Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm | πŸš— Driving license and own transport required

We’re looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2–3 supported living services in the Sefton/Bootle area.


πŸ”‘ Your Role

  • πŸ‘₯ Lead and support a team of Support Workers
  • 🏠 Help people live independently in their own homes
  • πŸ“‹ Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
  • 🎯 Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
  • 🧠 Understand and manage challenging behaviours
  • πŸ§‘β€πŸ€β€πŸ§‘ Recruit, train, and supervise staff

βœ… What You’ll Need

  • πŸŽ“ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
  • 🧩 Experience in social care & service management
  • πŸ“š Knowledge of regulations and best practices
  • 🚘 Full UK driving license & access to a car
