This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 5 people. This service will be supporting them with learning disabilities, complex health needs, mental health needs and mobility support, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
The people here supported all have very different personalities and need their staff team to be fully adaptable, friendly and upbeat.
they also like to access the local community, as well as going on holiday, going out for meals, going to coffee shops and shopping.
This vacancy is 39 hours - waking nights only.
