We support 18 amazing individuals living in their own bungalows in the charming town of Duns. Despite facing challenges related to learning disabilities, Autism, and mental & physical health, they live life to the fullest — and they’re looking for someone like you to join the adventure!

👥 Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team helping with:

• 💊 Medication administration
• 🍽️ Cooking & meal prep
• 🛁 Personal care
• 🏠 Home maintenance & budgeting

⏰ Shift Patterns

We offer 24/7 support, so flexibility is key! Shifts include:

• 🌞 8am – 8pm
• 🌜 8pm – 8am (waking nights)
• 🌅 8am – 2pm
• 🌇 2pm – 10pm

💼 We’re Hiring: Part-time or Full-time Support Workers - offering 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 or 36 hour posts
