Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Skilled in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong written and verbal communication
- Able to deliver excellent customer service across a range of People queries
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional, confidential, and detail-focused
- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English Language
- Business administration qualification or relevant experience (desirable)
- Experience in a Care organisation (desirable)
- Understanding of Statutory Guidelines and People/ER activities (desirable)
