    Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that’s passionate about delivering truly person-centred outcomes and going the extra mile to make a difference every day.

    Taking the lead at this warm and welcoming service in Welwyn Garden City, supporting four ladies and two gentlemen with a range of needs including Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.

    As a Service Leader Level 2, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care and support
    • Creating opportunities for people to engage with their local and wider community
    • Supporting people with behaviours that require intensive planning and management
    • Leading a large, dedicated team of Support Workers
    • Driving performance and setting a positive, inclusive culture
    • Ensuring services are well-resourced and compliant with CQC standards
    In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. If you do not already hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Care Management Level 3, then we will support you to work towards one.
